A Bit About Me
I began gymnastics at 5, competing up to Level 9. At 16, I transitioned to athletics and pole vault and rock climbing. At 17, I moved to FISAF aerobics, competing for six years at the National Championships in singles, trios, and fitness teams. In 2023, I shifted to acrobatic gymnastics, where I now train in a trio.
Alongside my athletic career, I hold a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from Monash University, an Advanced WAG Coaching Accreditation, and certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Certificate III and IV in Fitness. I’m also the Program Manager and coach at Melbourne Acrobatic Gymnastics Academy, where I develop training programs and work with athletes across all levels.

University placements
I began working at a gymnastics club at 14 after having been involved in gymnastics my entire life. Over the course of five years, I worked with a variety of squads, ranging from Level 1 and 2 to Level 6, gaining valuable experience in coaching and developing athletes across different skill levels.
In 2018, I began working as a personal trainer after completing a 3-month internship. I worked at two boutique personal training studios, where I assisted a diverse range of clients with varying goals, including general health and fitness as well as sport-specific objectives. This experience allowed me to tailor training programs to meet individual needs and support clients in achieving their personal fitness goals.
In 2020, I started coaching aerobics, but due to COVID-19, we had to move our training online, and the competition season was ultimately cut short. Despite this, I continued working with athletes to choreograph routines, enhance skills, and improve fitness.
I have been coaching at Melbourne Acrobatic Gymnastics Academy since 2021, where I coach a squad of athletes in levels 5-8. In addition to coaching, I serve as the Program Manager, where I help develop curriculum and programs for all streams and gymnastics disciplines. My role is focused on continuously improving the gymnastics experience for athletes of all ages, ensuring high-quality training and development at every level.
Throughout University, I completed a variety of placements across different settings, including acute hospitals, outpatient rehabilitation, private practice, and pediatric physiotherapy. These experiences equipped me with a broad range of skills, allowing me to work with both acute and long-term injuries and conditions.
All of this knowledge and experience has led me to where I am today, running my own private practice, Asset Physiotherapy and Fitness, where I continue to apply my skills in physiotherapy, coaching, and program management to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals.
Athletics and pole vault
At 16, I transitioned to athletics, focusing on pole vault, and qualified for the Australian Athletics Championships. Unfortunately, I had to withdraw before competing, but I loved the challenge of taking on a new sport and the camaraderie of the athletics community.
FISAF Aerobics
At 17, I moved to Sport Aerobics and quickly fell in love with the strength, fitness, and dedication required in the sport. I competed for six years, participating in the FISAF National Championships each year in singles, trios, and fitness teams.
In 2023, I transitioned to acrobatic gymnastics, where I am currently training and competing in a trio. In 2024, we competed in Level 8 at the Australian Gymnastics Championships, securing 3rd place in balance. I continue to train 16 hours a week, with the goal of achieving even better results in 2025.
Sporting Experience
